Returns & Refunds must be requested within 14 days of your purchase. You then have another 14 days to ship the item back to us.

No, at the moment we are not open to the public. We plan on attending shows every year to bring our art to you. These shows can be found on our website under the Visit Diodable page. You can also find most of our artwork on the website.
Our artwork, like most things valuable, will not stand falling on the floor with great impact. Chances are, yes. Your artwork will break if it's dropped, we don't recommend dropping it. We use good quality glass in your frame to ensure optimal clarity.
We recommend treating our valuable artwork with respect.
Glass is prone to smashing, don't drop it.
Currently we don't offer personalization services. Our plan is to offer this soon though, we understand how important it is to be able to add something meaningful from your life to your home or office space.
A flat rate of £30.00 is applied to all international orders. This covers all import duties & customs fees. There will be no other charges.
